Landcare and Local Land Services supported a project at Stringybark Ridge, Burra Road, Michelago in 2022. This involved fencing off a large area of eroded land from livestock for 10 years to allow native grasses to re-establish. A mix of eucalypts, casuarinas and native shrubs were planted to supplement existing vegetation.
